We offer a choice of four very clean, comfortably furnished and fully equipped, double glazed, centrally heated, self-contained apartments, all of which have wall to wall carpeting, cooker, microwave, toaster, cafetiere, refrigerator, remote control nicam teletext colour TV, video recorders, CD & DVD players, hairdryer, shaving points, radio, iron and all necessary kitchen equipment. Hot water is provided free of charge. Gas and electricity are by 50p slot meter. Beds are provided with under-sheet, pillows with under slips and duvets, or blankets by arrangement. Please bring your own sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, towels and tea towels. Alternatively bed linen can be hired at a charge or £8 per single and £12 per double bed. For added safety each apartment has fire extinguishers and smoke alarms. A variety of books, games and videos can be borrowed for your enjoyment. We will welcome you on arrival and we are sure you will find the apartments home from home.
Beverley House is situated only two minutes from the seafront in a delightful part of Cromer and is convenient for the town centre, entertainment, train and coach stations, pier and new lifeboat station. Gardens, putting and bowling greens are only a few yards away and there are first class golf courses nearby.
For your provisions there is a supermarket within four minutes walking distance. Car parking is unrestricted in Alfred Road, with additional parking at the rear of the property. There are also public car parks nearby.

APARTMENT 1 Ground floor accommodation, with
glimpse of sea, for 1 or 2 persons.
A most popular apartment for
those who are unable to cope with steps, being totally at ground level
throughout. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and en-suite shower room
with toilet and washbasin. The lounge/dining room is tastefully furnished and
has new kitchen units. Cooking is by new electric oven with gas hob and
microwave. Secondary heating is by electric log effect fire in the lounge and
convector heater in the bedroom. This apartment is not suitable for
wheelchairs. (Supplement of £15 per week for J-bed if 3rd
person occupies the apartment). Electricity slot meter takes 50p coins. Gas
free of charge.
APARTMENT 2 First floor newly carpeted
throughout accommodation, with glimpse of sea, for 2 to 4 persons.
Bedroom one has a comfortable double bed, new white shower and wash basin.
Bedroom two is off bedroom one with its own entrance and has pine bunk beds and
washbasin. The lounge/dining room is comfortably furnished and has new kitchen
units, electric oven & hob plus microwave. Secondary heating is by electric
log effect fire in the lounge and by convector heaters in the bedrooms. The
apartment has its own separate toilet on the landing. Electricity slot meter
takes 50p coins.
APARTMENT 3 First floor carpeted accommodation
with sea views for 1 or 2 persons.
The bedroom has twin single
divan beds and pine furniture. The lounge/dining room has maple kitchen units
and cooker and is comfortably furnished. Cooking is by an electric oven with
gas hob, plus microwave. Secondary heating is by electric fire in lounge and
convector in the bedroom. This apartment has a shower room with white toilet
and washbasin. Gas & electricity meters both take 50p coins.
APARTMENT 4 Second floor three-roomed
accommodation with sea views for 1 or 2 persons.
The bedroom has
a comfortable double bed and antique furniture. The lounge/dining room has
quality oak kitchen units. Cooking is by Creda 4 ring electric cooker and
microwave. Secondary heating is by convector heaters. The apartment has a
spacious shower room with white shower, toilet and washbasin. This appartment
is attractively furnished and has good carpets throughout. Electricity meter
takes 50p coins.

Reservations run from 3pm on Saturday and visitors are responsible for leaving the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition. Please vacate your apartment by 10am on the day of departure. Our apartments are cleaned and maintained by us to a very high standard and we aim to do everything possible to ensure that your stay will be a happy one and will be willing to help and advise on the many places of interest in the area.
