A WARM welcome and a relaxing peaceful atmosphere awaits you at this attractive 19th Century country house, quietly set on a 300 acre farm, just 2 miles off the A148 and the Georgian town of Holt with its quaint little shops tucked away in quiet back streets - a must for browsers and antique hunters. The house and its surroundings are very picturesque, with the River Glaven running through the farm. Click here for a local map.

GUESTS can walk in the gardens or on the farm and feed the ducks, chickens and donkey. Many like to stroll around the large kitchen garden and greenhouses. For the more adventurous there is a 5 mile circular walk to Holt Country Park. A lovely day can be enjoyed with a visit to the seal sanctuary at Blakeney Point by boat or take a ride on the steam train from Holt to the seaside town of Sheringham.
