A former mill owners house, standing in a secluded lawned garden of 3/4 acre near to the town centre and harbour and a few minutes walk from the coastal path. Wells and the surrounding country is noted for its unspoilt beaches, natural beauty and historic locations.
Accommodation is mainly on the 1st or 2nd floors, although there is one room with en-suite facilities on the ground floor, suitable for a wheelchair.
All of the rooms have en-suite shower/bathrooms. All bedrooms have colour TV, clock radios, tea/coffee making facilities and a small fridge.
There is a private guest sitting room and a policy of no-smoking throughout the house.
